Browser Compatibility

The Browser Information page allows you to test your browser's compatibility with owcp.dol.acs-inc.com secure web environment. From this page you can determine the following information about your current browser's compatibility with our site:

Current Browser and Browser Version

Browser Version Requirements
To use owcp.dol.acs-inc.com to its fullest capacity, we require that you use one of the browsers listed below.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) version 3.0 Configuration

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher

  • From the Menu at the top of the browser screen, choose "Tools"
  • Choose "Internet Options"
  • Choose the "Advanced" tab.
  • Scroll down to the "Security" heading
  • Check the SSL 3.0 item
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.6 and higher

  • Type about:config in the address bar on Firefox.
  • Click I'll be careful, I promise! to bypass the warranty warning.
  • In the filter (search) area, type ssl3.
  • Double-click each item that is listed. This will change each item's value to true, and you will have SSL3-enabled your Internet browser
  • Google Chrome 46 and higher

  • Click this icon "≡" in the upper right hand corner.
  • Scroll down until you see "Network" and then click "Change Proxy Settings".
  • Click the "Advanced" tab; scroll down until you see "Security".
  • Check mark "Use SSL 3.0" and then click "OK" to enable SSL 3.0
