EDI Solutions, Inc. discloses personally identifiable
information only to members, or their representatives,
authorized agency staff, and providers contracted to provide
care to members.

E-mail.
This website collects voluntary information from you through
any e-mail messages you choose to send to the “Contact Us”

e-mail address and other information you choose to give us to
help us answer your inquiry.
Registration.
In order to engage in certain on-line transactions and access
restricted on-line information, you will be required to
register with the Portal by submitting your name, Social
Security Number, Medicaid ID Number, Health Plan ID Number,
or Provider ID Number, and password.
Authentication.
In addition, the authentication feature associated with the
Portal to access your information will use your Social
Security Number, Medicaid ID Number, Health Plan ID Number,
or Provider ID Number and password to determine whether you
are authorized to conduct the transaction.
This
website does not use “cookies.” However, the site uses
temporary “session cookies” to allow users to interact with
the Portal and to use on-line features. “Session
cookies” do not allow us to personally identify a
user. They are stored only in memory and are deleted
when the user’s browser is shut down.

site does collect and indefinitely store your "Internet
Protocol ("IP") address," (which does not
identify you as an individual), as well as information about
the date and time of your visit, whether a file you have
